The primary presenter, Glenn, was brilliant. He has extensive knowledge and kept the course interesting each day. The kindness and patience of the Skills Coaches were also excellent, helping to build my confidence and ability in the practical skills.

I really liked being taught the correct testing procedures and how to manage test results, as well as how to best protect our workers. I now feel like I know what I’m doing and am confident with my new skills. Before attending, I had no idea that I’d been doing things incorrectly – no one showed me! I now have the confidence and skills to test accurately.

This was a very educational and stimulating course, while also having an element of entertainment! It was easy to follow, paced well and the practical activities came at the right time to practice what we learnt. The course delivery was fantastic, and the pre-course assignment was really useful for getting the most out of the program.

Both Glenn and the course were great. Glenn was very knowledgeable and passionate about the topic. Awesome teacher! Overall, this course was spot on. Although I came in knowing nothing, at the end of the course I was confident about conducting a hearing test.

Although there was a lot of information, it was engaging and delivered in a way that made it easy to understand. There were lots of opportunities for answering questions and seeking clarification. There was a good balance of theory and practice, and I left feeling much more confident about undertaking audiometric testing at my work.

This was a very engaging, wonderful course! Glenn is an excellent and professional trainer. I enjoyed the content and overall found the course most helpful for my professional development. After all the skills Glenn and the team taught me, I feel confident in my ability to complete accurate hearing tests.
