Testimonials

The primary presenter, Glenn, was brilliant. He has extensive knowledge and kept the course interesting each day. The kindness and patience of the Skills Coaches were also excellent, helping to build my confidence and ability in the practical skills. I completed a similar course years ago and found this “refresher” was highly beneficial. Not only to cement/refresh my learnings, but there is a lot of new content and industry changes. I am a better tester after completing this course.

This was a very educational and stimulating course, while also having an element of entertainment! It was easy to follow, paced well and the practical activities came at the right time to practice what we learnt. The OAC was engaging and very well organised. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, form stationery to course materials – making it easy to focus on learning. Course delivery was fantastic and the pre-course assignment was really useful for getting the most out of the program.

Both Glenn and the course were great. Glenn was very knowledgeable and passionate about the topic. Awesome teacher! Overall, it was a great course as I came in knowing nothing, to feeling at the end of the course I am confident about conducting a hearing test. It was a lot to cover, but worth it!

The course was paced well and assisted me from going from baseline knowledge of zero through to building a high competency level. Glenn was great, highly personable and has an incredible understanding of what each students needs to improve and progress their development. The course information was clear and program was well structured, with each day making sense and building on previous content. I 100% would recommend the course to anyone wanting to learn how to conduct workplace hearing tests.

The course was well structured and presented in an easy to follow manner. Glenn was engaging and always available to answer questions and help with guidance during the practical sessions. The course had a great balance of theory and practical. There was plenty of time to practice the key skills, with great feedback from the coaches. I now feel confident in my ability to conduct hearing tests. I highly recommend this course.
